Parking
Spaces for disabled drivers are available in most Torbay Council run car
parks. Disabled blue badge holders do not currently receive free
parking in Torbay however do receive 1 hour free extra to the time
purchased on the pay and display ticket provided that the blue disabled
badge is displayed correctly. Torbay Council offers a free yearly
disabled parking permit to blue badge holders who are eligible. Please

On Street parking Disabled blue badge holders are permitted to park on
street on a yellow line restriction (providing there is no loading ban
in place at the location) for up to 3 hours ensuring that the badge and
time clock are displayed correctly and no obstruction is being caused.
When parking in a limited waiting bay disabled drivers are able to park
for as long as required providing that again the blue badge is displayed
correctly.
