At the end of M5 Motorway carry on along A380 for approximately 17 miles to Torquay. After second Island on to the A3022 following signs to Torquay and Teignmouth. At third set of traffic lights turn left (Currys  Store on left McDonald’s on right)  signed Teignmouth, Plainmoor, T.U.F.C. St Marychurch and Babbacombe. Over traffic lights. At top of hill pass petrol station on left, over island along Hele Road. Down hill to two mini islands, turn left then right up Westhill Road (School on left), straight on for half a mile to traffic lights. Continue into Warbro Road. Take the second left into Aveland Road.

The "Aveland House" is the second drive on the left.
